A commercial two-sided recruiting SaaS built solo — from design to infra, ops, and security
01Overview
I own every layer of the commercial SaaS myself: the frontend (Next.js 14), the backend (NestJS, both in Clean Architecture), and the infrastructure (AWS App Runner / S3 / Lambda managed as Terraform IaC). I implemented feature gating across three billing plans and an admin console with a KPI dashboard, audit logs, and CSV export. It runs on change-detection-based selective deploys with trunk-based development and ADRs.

- Shipped a commercial SaaS solo — from design and implementation to infrastructure and operations (beta Feb 2026, public launch Jul 2026)
- Solo-implemented security hardening: IDOR protection, nonce-based CSP, account-enumeration defence, admin OTP 2FA
- Built feature gating across three billing plans and an admin console (KPI, audit logs, CSV)
